Take out the non hero monsters as they'll most likely be dead draws. Add fusion gates, more polys, some hero fusions along with Excalibur, stratos, xyz ninja, prisma maybe etc. also take out any spell card that needs a specific monster like feather shot

Then some more tips. Replace negate attacks with torrential tribute and solemn judgement. Try king of the swamp since it can be used as any fusion material and can search poly. Replace the dropped hero cards (spells and traps) with E-emergency call (3) reinforcement of the army in place of warrior returning alive, a hero emerges, but it's a risky card and some other powerful spells and traps. Add some bubblemen as they can sp.summon from the hand if they're the only card which helps with xyz summoning. Finally, try to use hero fusions that don't require a specific hero. That way u can fusion summon almost any two monsters together.
